Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At CoolCaseFit.in, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below to understand the conditions and process.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Standard Orders

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, strictly provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the tracking details have been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized / Personalized Orders

  • Processing Stage: Since customized cases are printed on-demand with your specific photos or names, they can only be cancelled before the printing process begins.

  • No Cancellation: Once the printing process has started (which often happens within a few hours of ordering), we cannot accept cancellation requests, even if the 24-hour window has not passed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Time is of the essence.

  • Via WhatsApp: Send your Order ID and the reason for cancellation to 8160025156.

  • Via Email: Subject Line: "Cancel Order #12345" (Replace with your Order ID) to support@coolcasefit.in.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: The entire amount will be refunded to your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Since no payment was made, the order will simply be voided.

4. Rejection of Cancellation

CoolCaseFit.in reserves the right to reject a cancellation request if:

  1. The product has already been handed over to the courier partner.

  2. The product is a customized item and production has already commenced.
